  • yo im 14 i sorta have abs when flex & breathe i box and im going for life gaurd i run and workout does any one have workouts that hurt this is too easy help me & i give a name of drink that helps u lose fat THANKS peace & love

  • i like the fact that theres a diagram to show which part of you abdomen is being worked out, but theres one problem...most of the muscles highlighted are wrong!

  • I like to look at diff vids and mix them all together to make an advanced workout.

    1. Crunches with 25 lbs behing neck.

    2. Leg raises.

    3. Knee raises.

    4. Alternating push throughs.

    5. Bycycles.

    Do 4 times in a row each day.

    If u wanna get more out of it do 2 sets of 4 each day.

    Eat high protein foods. Nutrition is key.

  • the one that i just mentioned yah. But i also do more stuff after my work out bcuz im hardcore at this stuff. Theres also more that u can add to it like adding weights to yur leg raises which i also do.

    If you have a big belly tho the best thing to do except for ab workouts is running, jogging walking. bcuz u wont c ur abs with the fat covering them. thats y u have to be skinny like me for ab workouts to even take effect. if u are skinny like mauh than perfect this workout should work.

  • i hear working out frequently isnt effect because it doesnt give your muscles time to relax and form into what you want...is this true so should you have like a days rest or somethind and do it the next day over

  • 2 monsths about 200 abs per day (100 to up abs and another 100 to under abs)

  • These excercises are really cool that they made the six abs of mine grow at it's last and i want to really thank and the1gaur it will take 7 month because i know all about those things because i have decent abs packs
