He stayed at every club max 1,5 year and went on. Now he has to build up Valencia and cant do shit. This guy is the worst trainer ever, his assistent (Tonnie Bruijns Slot) does all the work. That's not true. Koeman did very good with Ajax ,PSV and Benefica especially in the Champions Leaguea. Since Koeman left ajax went downwards. You need to understand a trainer needs to make changes to make a team work as a team again. That will take time and difficult decision. Don't be so overdramatic. See how Roy Keane was dispatched from Man United in a matter of 2 hours? And he is arguably the club's top 1-2-3 players of all time with Cantona and Best. Albelda was a great servant and an iconic member of the great Benitez sides, but he lost form and attitude was not stellar the last 2 years. A proud man, no doubt, and a HERO. But all stories have sad endings, because they all end the same way.

Don't misinterpret me here, Koeman is a good manager. He took an average team like Benfica and knocked out the likes of United and Liverpool in the Champions League some years ago.
However, I don't agree with this. David Albelda is a quality player, not to mention he lives for the club. What kind of reaction can he expect from the rest of the players now that one of their most influential players are gone? I.D.I.O.T

Alos, you hear these rumours that Barcelona would be interested in him to coach Barca after Rijkaard leaves. How stupid is that. Rijkaard does an incredible good job at Barcelona, mainly because he is a peoplesmanager. He has a relaxing influence. That's the most important skill for a coach at a topclub with all the footballstars. Koeman does NOT have that!
