Dane cook is funny, but here's the thing. He cusses to much, and exaggerates to much, but it really does make you laugh. The point of a comedian is to make you laugh, not to be humerus. Everybody has there own opinion.
On the other hand the whole reason people like him is because in house he plays a cynical jackass and watching his rants is frankly funny as hell and coincidently this is the exact same reason that most people like Cox in scrubs for.
They did that because Cox and house are compared often. the difference is Dr Cox's character was written believably into a believable tv show, whereas House is a mary sue who was given a drug addiction and would be fired from any real job, morover any REAL hospital would not have the level of bullshit that occurs there, even with suspension of disbelief. They showed how much better Cox is in an episode by having him walk around with a cane and solving an inane case and making a few jabs at him

He performs to people which means he is open to critizism I will critisize him all I want, his way makes people with a lack of intelligence laugh his success is other people's success since he doesn't write his own jokes, and Im currently in school but in the future I will be succesful.

All these people in the comments are completely missing the point of the joke. Dr Cox is ACTUALLY complimenting Dane Cook. When your as awesome as Dr. Cox, just saying their name is a reward. Which is why he always calls J.D. by a girls name and Elliot Barbie.
