  • Utrolig festlig!

  • I am not norwegian. Can somebody tell me what titten tei said after Julie saying she loves puppets?

  • He says he's allmost faint, and he says; Now you should try to be a puppet.

  • not now you should try, its now i think you'd like to be the puppet

  • i think im going to faint!

  • She has a way with puppets. This reminds me of her appearances with Kermit.

  • Haha!

  • That puppet has freaked me out since I was a kid...

  • oh my god pure torture. As a Norwegian, I apologize

  • LOL! I Love this!

didn't even know she had been in Norway!

    Great that you posted this!

  • <33

  • Titten Tei og Julie Andrews sammen kan det bli bedre :) Love it.

  • whistiling in the dark. omg i love that song. henry mancini rocked

  • You and me both ;o))

  • Titten Tei! Ah, memories..! I grew up with him (and Teodor, for those who remember him), and it's almost like he's real! sort of forget that he's a puppet:D

  • Titten tei is so cute and so funny. A little bit loud though but that's ok. This is one of my favorite clip of julie, absolutly!

  • that puppet is so annoying - but nothing can turn me away from Julie

  • Oh my god! : ) I love Titten Tei : D This was a really good film.

  • Oh my, that brought back so many memories! A wonderful film clip..:D

  • Titten tei can be translated to "Peek - a - boo". Ref. Great2C

  • Titten Tei EIER!

  • So beautiful! I love it so much.. Julie is such a darling!

  • Ahahaha. Titten Tei, han er så søt x3

  • "Slå til, Sigurd!" Nice

  • Genius!

  • Julie was gracious as ever. But something a little bit off-topic: Does "Titten Tei" also mean something in Norwegian or is it just a name? I ask because "Titten" means "tits" in German. So it's funny that although our two languages are related to each other, they have words with such completely different meanings. ;-)

  • How great! But which year is this from?

  • Thank God for Titten Tei. Oh, how I wish I was a kid again.

  • I like it! Thank you for sharing.

  • The puppeteer behind Titten Tei died at the age of 75 on January 11th 2007. Ms Birgit Ström made all norwegians get to love and treasure this puppet with his tons of charm through more than 30 years. In this clip his norwegian comments to his co-host is just as funny as his english is to Julie. When Julie says she loves puppets, Titten's side comment to co-host Rolf is "Wouldn't you just looove to be a puppet now?". He was adorable, and his 'mother' a grand lady!
