do you know how many different Christian groups there were right after the time of Jesus? And many of them didn't share the same beliefs that many modern day Christians hold, like the trinity. you don't have to take my word for it.

(search the origin of Trinity, or Christmas or the origin of Sunday worship, etc). Many talk about Jesus today as if they know him, when they don't even know who Matthew, Mark, Luke and John are.

Jesus doesn't tell lies, but some people lie about Jesus.

I am a logical thinker. I am agnostic as well. My question is, if God knows everything you have done are doing now, and knows exactly what you will do well before you or I are born why would he send people to hell. He knows whether or not you will choose to live a negative life or not. SO why would a person go to hell. He has already given you a ticket to hell. If I build a car and it performs the way I designed it to, would it make sense to destroy it for doing what I planned it to do.

I didn't watch the 60 minute bible, but I got something good out of this video. "God works through individuals to fulfill his plan which is to return what Adam and Eve had lost." That's important to me because it helped me understand more on why there are stories about people in the Bible. thx for the vid

But it is so hard to read. I try to read it and I get lost. I have the King James version and it is hard to read. I've tried to listen to bible programs on Sunday. You know like Joel Olsteen, but in his sermons he takes bits and pieces from the bible. I sometimes feel that is is only talking to people who really know the Bible. My cousin suggested that I get the bible on tape. I think I will do that because I really want a closer relationship with God.
