I just finished watching this and I absolutely loved it. <3 Although I am quite disappointed at how short it was. I wish it was longer, but I definitely enjoyed what was there <3

no, Studio 4°C is a japanese company.

This is at most Russian production with Japanese drown animation, and Canadian performed music. The "St. Petersburg and Leningrad D.C. communists organization" is very love this production, but have remark: "Here is no Stalin!". Wherever, this is really interesting movie. But English version have lost something with translation :(
