@mowdy28 hi! its used to apply the foil, it is in my FAQ links on the front page. i sometimes use foil for bling. you have to forgive some videos. i am taping my job and sometimes take for granted new viewers not knowing...once you read the FAQ on the front or look through my diva playlist, you will see LOTS of foil and 'the best glue ever' makes the foil "stick" properly :) xoxoxoxo i hope tht helps!

Hi Robin! I have a basic question for you. Do you have a preferred polish you use as the main base color in French manicures? I know many people just use clear base coat, then only white tips with no "color" on the nail bed area. I'm looking for the "perfect" nude nail color, but many I've tried are too opaque or streaky. Can you steer me in the right direction, please? Thanks for all your amazing designs!

@SnapwingOnTheTube yes..essie best boyfriend or mademoiselle are both good. also, once you get a feel for that 'non-opaque and no steak' "feeling" from a polish, you will easily see which ones will work that are less expensive. but as you get familiar with what works, you will see lots of cheaper brands, i will try and say the names more. i make my own and i have for so long that i dont ever remember many names. i am getting better at it though over this year! good luck!

@SnapwingOnTheTube A cheaper substitute would be Rimmel. A nice pinky shade which is streak free and not too opaque.
