I'll explain more clearly though. By making sure all schools in your country are privatised, you get worse schooling for the average person on the street. Which means your economy will collapse. The US being the biggest economy in the world will drag the rest of the western world down with it, and the upcoming eastern markets aswell. Thereby eliminating us as nations who atleast tokenly try to help the less fortunate nations, which means the third world will go down even more.
