Amazon sucks for buying phones unless you're starting a NEW contract. They generally don't do upgrades (which 98% of individuals are doing). I had mine canceled as well and i just filed a complaint on the BBB (Better Business bureau). In any sale in a store if the price is what it is labeled then they need to honor it. They need to honor it, and I plan on getting what i ordered by this complaint.I think that the people who ordered it and were denied like I was should do the same. Amazon is located at Seattle WA. File the complaint under bbb.org and go from there. Good luck to the people who will fight for it
