And THAT IS WHY WE LOVE THIS SHOW. I mean, IMO s6 has been pretty rocky... & there's not a large fanbase... but THAT IS IT, they're each other's home. It ain't perfect, they both made mistakes-- but at the end of the day it's like, even though they've never really had a home as in a HOUSE, they DO. It's the bond that ties them together. For Sam it's Dean, for Dean it's Sam. No matter what, they're a package deal. And this shows that. :)

God I love the beginning of this and regarding Swan Song... I always love the emotions playing out on Sam's face right before he jumps in. You can literally see that for just a split second it all breaks, it all falls apart, it's too much, all the pain is written right there on his face, leaving Dean... just everything and then he steals himself, eyes locked on Dean, takes that deep breath against the flood of emotions, closes his eyes and just lets go and if everything had gone according to Sam
