the question is not: how does he memorize, you have to ask, how he gets access to the information? because, everyone memorizes everything. but not everyone has the access.
Unless you can organize your mind to an extreme, this could be a huge headache for you. Remembering every detail of your life is not a very small thing to take. I understand your entusiasm though, but maybe making an archival extra in your mind and accesing it whenever you like would be better than simply permanent memory.
I like the reason "I forgot" too much to want that sort of memory...
It's so conveinent to forget "that something" when you really don't want to do it, but this poor guy can't use that excuse. He HAS to do it, or think up some other reason, which can't be that easy to do. In My book, forgetting is great... Mind you I lost a complete week of memorys after an accident in 1990, I'd love to know what really happened.
