I do exactly same as you, but when i speak Captain Burd about spies he doesnt talk like your Burd talks. So i cant complete that quest! Plz help :(

Maybe he already talked to you about it, read your quest logs and look where you need go.

Go to a place where are many Mythic Dawn agents , Kill them and check their bodies .. some of them should carry the 3rd one :)

I got a problem, I cant find any of those 2, I go to the rune at sun down and he isnt there, i wait at his house i even pick locked his basement door and waited and waited...yet no one. is the quest bugged for me?
