Honestly, those who watched the 'old' thomas the tank engine show would know, they have gotten worse, specially with the new voices. The sing alongs are terrible. I prefered humming to the intro song. And the model trains are better than these horribly fake effects. Back then, atleast they had the decency to use real hornby trains and use fake dolls.

i haven't watched Thomas in a LONG time but how could they do this to my childhood?! Thomas was my whole life when I was a little kid and now the fucking ruin it with cgi? It looks like fucking chugington! What happened to the models, the good story's, and the music? The story's back then were great, hell I might even call them epic and now its just a bunch of bullshit! I wish they would just cancel it already and show the old ones we don't need a new generation of kids growing up on this shit!

Hmmm, I think it might have been a better idea to mute the scene as it's difficult to hear the alternate score. As for the video itself, to be honest, I don't think it fits very well. I can't really explain it.

@TheDonaldDouglas They're not killing it, they're trying to make the episodes suitable for today's kids. Parent activists are to blame, not HiT. While Season 15 had some minor setbacks, HiT is overall doing a good job. They're giving characters bigger roles. I mean come on, Butch got a lead role.
