This is the best looking crap house I've ever lived in. I call it my Hollywood home. Why? Because it looks great on the outside but is shallow and full of shit on the inside. KB homes are the worst built pieces of garbage in this area. Every time I touch a towel rack, it falls out of the wall because the illegals they hired to put it up missed the studs every time. Whenever I open a window, I have to be careful not to pull the damn thing out of the recess or tweak the hinges. Not enough words.

@KBHomeMedia So let me understand this. Calling my service representative (quickly before they change them out) multiple times, complaining about the crack in the garage, the leaking garage door, the offset bathroom doors, the closet doors that don't fit right and fall off the hinges, the soft drywall, the lousy alignment and lumpy electrical outlet installations, the poorly set sod and other such minor inconveniences through the proper channels gets me nothing. Posting on youtube gets me

@Sardonick007 you are right, it gets you nothing. Even dealing with the district manager got us nothing for our ceiling issues, we still have a rippled, wavy ceiling even after dealing directly with a KB Home district manager and KB Home sending out the best possible crew to replace the drywall. Our home is a joke and KB Home doesn't care. The district manager just acted like I was crazy and out of my mind when I showed him the ceiling was still messed up like I wasn't seeing what I was seeing.
