I have verizon fios and I HATE it I can't wait until my contract is up..... The internet is exactlly the same and I think they sell my information to other companies because I've never had any marketers calling me until I got verizon. I just checked my phone and I have 27 messages ALL from marketers. Their customer service is HORRIBLE someone actually hung up the phone on me after I spent 10 min. talking to a damn machine.
I've had Fios for one day now, I love it! Time Warner Road Runner treated me well, but Fios kicks butt! I had DTV also, I've got a butt load more channels now, but I don't know the numeration of any channels yet. Haha! Chris... one day, one day!

Verizon definitely kicks butt when it comes to HD programming and Internet speed, but they are notorious for ridiculous hidden fees, limited customer service hours, and they charge $85 an hour for service calls. Also, people seem to think that cable offers Godawful customer service, but 99% of the time it's because the customer doesn't get their way...
I got suddenlink its suddenly slow 240kbs sad thang is its slower than the upload speed 400kbps. anyone else got this probablem its fucked up. Im paying 38.00 /month for 3mbs and its misleading. It was called family cable. Im going crasy too i want an isp thats reliable and fast to todays standards not no pos service.
No wonder I hear people say ComCrap. But it's probably just as bad here, with the over-priced offerings of Time Warner, and only Verizon DSL to supplement it.
I hear you there bro... Lived in a neighborhood where broadband was missing through out my younger years. Move back in and I get to pay $50 a month for 512/256 (that's in kb) just to get away from dial up.
Got, Cox right now... since I moved out of that neighborhood. And moving in a month or so... Kinda annoyed that verizon doesn't show a general coverage map. Would be nice to know if they're even supporting Phoenix for FIOS.
45 bucks for 15 down and 2 up? that sucks. i get 25 mbps down and 10 up for 29 bucks a month over cable.
