i lost a weel one time i left the bike in the rack for 2 weeks my nabour 2 storeys down i cought him stripping the bike of parts he thought it was abanded you are better to put your bike on the balcony there are crack heads that can't aford to buy tires so they steel the weel for just the tire and tube or if they bent there weel and the tire is junk on it its just easy to steel a weel and swap it
