So, I, a RN, am really sick of hearing about how people don't receive care if they don't have insurance when in fact they receive more "healthcare" that has nothing to do with their health and everything to do with their narcotic fixes. Seriously, some of these people come in every other day - I am not making this up.
Just for the record, hospitals cannot deny care. In fact, patients must be examined by a medical professional before they are even registered and their insurance information taken. Also, for the record, many "frequent flyer" patients who come in to receive narcotics for their frequent migraines and abdominal pain (all the tests come back negative) are "self-pay" (translate: the hospital pays and nurses don't get their cost-of-living raises because of it).
nex time walk on the mc donalds girls shoes, the factory girls of course this its impossible for u and we know its all political propagand.like the other clown walking on the ladies shoes i want to see him outer on the fields with the farm workers picking cotton or cabage i want to se u on the carpenters shoes putting roof and its no for u hilaria its for the other clown of obama;u should walk on the homless people shoes on ths sick people on the single mothers shoes .we want to walk free
The system is set up to never deny emergency care. But I've seen absolutely countless specialists deny people without adequate insurance, to speak nothing of people getting sicker who can't afford medications. This isn't about "sheep" or "pulling oneself up by bootstraps". This healthcare system is positively broken. While I honestly do not know the perfect answer. I do know ignorance when I hear it. Absolutely everyone who works in healthcare knows the truth. The system needs to be fixed.
hmmm.. can you imagine what the nurse patient ratios would be like if everyone was provided free health care? Can you imagine the small amount that nurses would be paid? Nurses have too much responsibility on their shoulders as it is. We don't need anything else added, and we don't need to be paid less. Why on earth she thinks this is a good program for nurses is beyond me.
Wow, she's really qualified to be president now. she watched someone work for one day. WOO HOO! Those dems really understand the little guys. Too bad those nurses' lives will be ruined with socialized medicine.
Actually it is. Do you really think that only "rich" people get health care?? What a joke - plenty of poor and middle class people have insurance and excellent health care. The dems just want you dependent on them and government, so they convince sheep like you that you can't make it on your own.
Just tell me why I should give health care to a poor guy who is very ill as a company when I am only looking on my profits. It makes no sense. Do you really thing these companies insure people where they have to spend more than they get? Or do you think these guys who just cost should stay ill?
That's the dirty little secret though, isn't it? The government already covers expenses for the poor person. Are you saying there are no government health care programs for poor people??
Good, but not great. The nurse might have been coached to make it flow more quickly.
Main point seems to be at end-- The union nurse is critical to patient care and well being. Perhaps this would be a good start to the spot, followed by some of the other interesting points-- 3/12hr shifts, computer, etc. S
I love you, Hillary.....and I don't care what anyone says, your thunder thighs aren't so bad (*_~)

sure profit orientated health care is much better. No more time for the patient. Just health care for healthy and rich patients.
Great solution.
