I have an Idea for a good lecture hall prank! Get a bunch of fog machines and turn them on in the midst of the lecture. Then have some students (who are in on the prank) start acting like they are scared out of there minds! Then, have a lanky student dress as Scarecrow sneak in and start making notes on a notepad, looking at the afflicted students occasionally. Then Batman shows up, and Scarecrow runs away while Batman is busy adminstering the 'Fear Toxin Antidote' to the afflicted students

Makeup, red underwear, couple of capes, a plastic mask we found at a halloween store, spent a few minutes in the fetal position outside of each classroom for mental prep as well. We did not notify the teachers tho... they wouldn't be allowed to approve of such nonsense (notice how the last professor totally lost his class after that) And no, no one minded so much as to report us, thankfully.
