Anne, you look wonderful! "I better stop giving myself an out." Oooo, girl, do I hear you. I give myself LOTS of outs. I needed to hear this video, for sure....thanks!
Hi my name is Beth and I have really enjoyed watching all of your videos, and they have really help me. I am 12 weeks post opt and have lost 85 pds so far. I still have a long way to go but it nice to hear how other people deal with problems. These last 12 weeks have been awesome. But hard in many ways.I still have a hard time with meat so I have just stayed away from it. I ca only can eat about a half cup of food and that on a good day. Thanks for posting your journey
Anne at your best...funny, self-analyzing, honest. :-)) looks like the community has given some good options in the comments here. Hope they work out for you. Always better to have it along and not need it than to need something (traffic jam/traveling) and have to resort to bad choices out of sheer hunger. Looking very pretty there, Anne. Ugh...132 lbs was what I weighed when I graduated from high school (I´m 5´11´´). Beam me back, Scotty!
funny as always, brushing teeth and poop are the beginning and ending of our GI tract, so YES in the same sentence is very appropriate... and i think i MIGHT hold #2 instead of using latrine....heehee! xxoo~nicole
I always carry one or two protien bars in my purse. I like the Luna bars. They are only 8 g of protien and 12 g of sugar but my dietician actually approves of them saying it's really a good meal replacement. But the key is that it is a Meal Replacement bar. I've been in the situation where I didn't have a backup plan and so try hard to be prepared now. A little baggie of nuts is a good option too. Sleepless=lower wt loss also. You LOOK fabulous Ann!
Cute top! Wow Anne, 211...199 will be here soon! I have been looking for back up things for my purse as well...I hate getting caught out without something I need...BUT, I also have a hard time finding something that doesn't need to be refridgerated!
hey annie banannie - i'm back! ;o) i just ran across a video but it won't let me post the link in this little box. check out the new video in the wlsrecipes for a protein snack made by saphre1964... you can adjut the ingredients meet your sugar and nutrition desires. put one in a baggie and take it with you. however - might be melty in the summer months
arg--i was mid comment and then voom! girl we can do this and I need the same kind of help! I have been slacking a bit-- and it is scaring me! we can do this! recommit to the fit!
hey anne - i also keep some protein powder in a small 1 cup container in my glovebox. i have a small scooper with it. you can pull into a 7-11 or caseys, etc. and buy a small bottle of milk. have a nice weekend !
oh ya and power crunch bars (also found at costco) have 13-15g protein, 210 cals, and 9 net carbs, but NO sugar alcohol and use stevia as a sweetener. I like the peanut butter and the berry ones.
I pretty much always carry a premier protein shake ready to drink from Costco 30g protein 160 cals 2 net carbs, or an oh yeah! ready to drink 210 cals 32 pro, 3 net carbs with me at all times. I also like 100 calorie packs of nuts, and "just the cheese" crackers for traveling.
OMG I always have to watch your videos twice cause I am to busy laughing number 2 and poop wow things that make us fall of track lol great video once I saw it
I went to Syntrax website, bought the grab n go protein shake indiv packets, got the vanilla bean torte. 100 calories, 0 sugar and 26 protein. Can just use half the packet if you want. My nutristionist wants me to eat the turkey jerky nuggets. I also found the ham jerky....havent tried that yet, not sure how that;s going to taste.
U should treat yourself to a make over as an incentive to keep going! get yourself a mani/pedi have ur make up done new hair color/cut eyebrows waxed a new outfit and go out for an evening with your husband!
I'm working this weekend and was going to skip my workout but now you just talked me into taking my gym bag to work and running on my lunch break!~~Thanks for the reminder!
Being a visiting nurse, most of my lunches and some breakfast are eaten in the car so I know what your talking about.
Where do you get your turkey jerky, I can't find it and would love to have it in my kitchen/car.
