I used a program called Pinnacle Studios or something like that. It can't do much and it'll freeze up if the files are too large, lol, but I just use it for my smaller simpler videos. I have Adobe Premiere too, but I haven't really figured out how to use it yet, so, yeah.

I don't have clips from Who's Minding the Store, but I do have a few Cinderfella ones. I'll get them up here for you in the next few days.

Did you try playing it and pausing it really fast and letting the gray bar load for a while before viewing it? I have that problem when I'm looking at videos sometimes if they're bigger files. They take a bit longer to load.
