never seems to be enough time to finish the soap operas ot the super rich in a setting like this - Tune in tomorrow when John Mark Ainsley continues to win over his beloved...

What I say is a bunch of nonesense so please don't right me and tell me to get a life...
budwoodjr., crancrab1 here from the men kissing video, I want you to think about your mother's last breath. That last breath of air she takes. Hopefully, it won't be long. I'm hoping a pistol is lodged in that bitch's heart is what stops it from pumping. At her funeral when you and your family are all grieving I'm going to spit in that bitch's face and tip over the coffin during the ceremony.
Thank God!!! John Mark Ainsley videos...now youtube can truly do some good. One of my all time favorite tenors. One of my favorite all time performances of his is from the broadway score "Brigadoon"..."Come to Me,Bend to Me" is an all time gem because of this man
Ditto to all your comments! Also, I met him last September and he was a lovely guy. He even helped me obtain some unpublished songs of Herbert Howells which he sang on a recording produced by Hyperion.
Ah! My Hero! John Mark Ainsley! I would say that he is the modern version of John Beard! He's a great Handelian tenor. Handel would have made more composition for him if he's only alive at this time that is. Thanks for sharing this.
I completely agree with all the comments on here - John Mark Ainsley has one of the most beautiful voices ever in the classical music genre. And he's not a bad actor either. :D
I will agree that John Mark Ainsley is a wonderful tenor. He usually performs on oratorio concerts and few on operas. I would recommend to listen to him when he sing the wonder Handel Aria "Waft her, angels through the skies" from the oratorio Jephtha.
This is a perfect example of the great REAL talents that are going unnoticed in hands of the media and record companies. Thanks for the clip, post more!
He is very well represented on recordings and we are, after all, watching a video of him. Maybe there's a legimate reason for why he isn't more in the public eye. I suspect it's because his repertoire doesn't capture the imagination of the Bocelli-loving public as much as if he sang "Con te partiro."
Gosh, I wish I could sing this like Ainsley. The colaratura is other-worldly!

Who is the soprano? She and John work so well together in this. John Mark is a master of coloatura. I liked baroque but now I am in love with it.

he's excellent in monterverdi, also.
his orpheo seems pretty influenced by nigel rogers', but i find ainsley's voice more beautiful.
