I think, This game is better off without any mods. Cause ST3 mod is kind ugly at places and enb mod look to wierd for my choice in this game. Not to mention if you install both the mod you need a 460 gtx to play them at proper frames in HD.

I think plain GTA SA with all settings maxed is best for playing.

The Portal Gun? It disappears after either you die or get wasted or you switch weapons. To activate it, you have to type in "portal" on the keyboard and it switches to the Portal Gun.

Thanks. That was my onbuilt sound card, Realtek HD, real piece of shit. Then later, it would refuse to record audio, microphone recording (for fandubs) and even capturing the screen. But now I can, I bought a 5.1 Soundblaster card a few months ago.

there is a config file in the game folder i'm not really sure what it's called. Something along the lines of config.cfg, it will be in the same place the game .exe is. Open it with notepad and you can change all the aspects of the mod by altering values associated to each of them...motion blur, bloom, reflections and so on.

I have a fairly good video card (ATI 5770) and 3 GB of ram. And a quad core proccesor, but when I turn on Enb Series. Everything lags, and theres flashy reflections on a few cars. Is there any requirment that I have missed?

Have you got an optimizer for your quad-core processor? I think there's one for quad-core because I had a problem with my dual core when everything was going too fast. After I downloaded it, it was fine.

If he wanted to play his PS2 games again, he'd have to hunt down a 60gb PS3 because of the lack of backwards compatibility or go the cheap way, just buy another PS2, which should only be less than $100, well it's $130 here because of our currency rate, but if you live in the US, it should be less than $100. Generally, I think fixing a PS2 costs more than buying a new one, could be wrong.

That's neutral. The ENBSeries filter requires more power than without it. I run the game at full specs at 1280x1024, 2gb ram and 512mb graphics card and I still only get 20-30fps.

That's natural. It's because the game with the ENBSeries filter enabled requires more power or memory than when it's disabled. If the game is very laggy, around 5-15fps, it's best not to have it enabled.
