@elsalbaje305 Its steamed milk. You steam it so that you get a microfoam on top. You pour the milk gently so you don't disturb the foam at first, then you lay the crema out in the white pattern you see. Then you use a tool to mess with it.

as far as i know, its chocolate powder, like hot chocolate powder maybe cocoa, put it in a bottle at some espresso or hot water and then just do what he did
