I got big respect for Redmond, but to say he's the real winner because of his hamstring tear isn't fair..

And I agree that Redmond could've won this race but remember, this was only the semi final. In the final, the top 3 times were 43.50, 44.21, and 44.24, which were all faster than Redmond's PB of 44.50, even if he was 100% healthy in Barcelona, it would take pretty close to a perfect race just for him to make the podium IMO.
