Loan modification through CitiMortgage does not work. Was told that the loan modification process was finally complete (after a year and a half of making "probationary" payments on time that were only supposed to last for three months) in June 2010. December 2010. All payments have been made on time or early according to the new modified loan guidelines. We were just informed by CitiMortgage that our loan modification was NEVER APPROVED. They're ready to foreclose.
