thank you! This really helped :) I decorated it with a nice bow that was actually made differently however. I made the bow using some hot glue and put the two corners of a ribbon together. then i took a small part of some ribbon and glued it in the middle to make the bow. I took elastic cording and attached it to the ribbon so it can be attached to the gift :)
