I never knew this song was attached to DC till later. I remember hearing it on the radio and liked it instantly. It did not hurt that I also thought the lyrics were ...keep me in your bed all day, OH DAVE...

I was like awesome, a great song for guys named Dave, lol. Even though I know the correct lyrics as far as I am concerned she says all day, oh Dave, :)

Heather Nova existed before Dawson's Creek and she is existing long after Dawson's Creek -- I doubt she ever needed the show to get her career off the ground. She's a first class singer-songwriter, performer and this song along with Heart and Shoulder are terrific. Hope she lasts a long time. Wonderful sincere vocalist -- a class act.
