@staaberelli its a very complex gyro rig and is very usefel if you are running:) i use it alot and used it in a local film competition and won:) i reccomend on but not a $3000 one

Add some kind of pivot system and weight balancer rig at the bottom and I think this rig could be pretty cool as a steady cam setup.

Not sure what you mean if you watch the entire video, there is nothing left on the tables. Microphone is attached to both.

We no longer sell the Quick Base as it relies on sales of the Fig Rig to sell. The Fig Rig currently has low sales.

The QB sold in many markets including overseas with great success. Our biggest reseller was B&H photo.

I meant that I cannot hear a single word that is spoken in the video, but if the microphone would have been plugged into the camera that is filming, then I would be able to make out the words. Since the Fig Rig is not a pratical use equipment, What is used for your quick-base for the Fig Rig?

I see the Easyrig performs what the Fig Rig said. Easyrig is for pratical use and Fig Rig is for nothing.

I have my products for sales and I recommend my clients the Easyrig if they have good enought money.

BTW, I have no contact witht the Easyrig and I don't sale their products too.

If youre honest with your self, you have to admit that the fig rig is a bit of a joke, and you have been seduced by a film maker, past his sell by date, because Guys love equipment, spend more time writing your scripts, and with your children.

The base retailed for $299. NOT 3K. Real camera guy is quite expensive. We have sold out of our product on every production run. Very successful.

theres this thing called a tripod that works too. Dont touch the camera while your using your jig. the camera seems to wobble back and forth.

The idea of this is to have a type of handheld camera stabilizer and be able to go back and forth from the tripod to a hand held shot. Very successful in my attempt. It worked well.

Interesting concept however the unit makes the camera top heavy. Having the handles above the camera makes it more stable.

However I did not invent the Fig Rig, just the Quick Base
