umm..I am using my wrist with my left hand :) But i guess it looks like i'm not in this vid or the other one may be cause i move my hand too much or because I'm concentrated on the double bass more than how its gonna look but in any case I am using my wirst and LOL I'm slowing down because i can't really hear the music..hehe :)
