  • All the tools for industrial no white or Black or Japanese made. . all by Soviet make .Next coming years all those tools will be out for new systems machine tools for real to saving steel . . . . .CNC will be ending .

In the US,Europe all industries were making fake parts of machine .Why ? They are from Bacteria .. Avitar!

  • @dmtau What the hell are you talking about?

  • @johnstonebreaker So , What the "Hell" were you asking about ????US,Japan,Europe.. . .all of them and you are lack !

  • @dmtau You comment(s) don't make any sense. That is what I mean. Learn English before trying to reply in it.

  • @johnstonebreaker Just for Testing "English" Language .. .Hey Idiot ! Your are 100% an avartar white is working for FCC . . . .Thanks for what ever you did shared to me in the last few days ago !

    Bye Avartar ,

  • I LOVE these silent bars! use them every day

  • these tuned bars are very costly . better to get the thickest bar up inside the tube and then rap rubber innertubes ( off bycycles) around the outside of the work piece and outside of the boring bar . this absorbs shock and stops resenance and is very cheap ( this expensive item uses rubber remember)

  • @sentinal2000

Your method sounds great but NEVER works. The Sandvik Coromant tuned bars are much more complex than just rubber. And for the record they are NOT rubber. Do you really think Sandvik Coromant (the worldwide market leader in cutting tools) would actually reveal exactly how these tools work? The answer is NO and I work for them. The silent tools are patented technology developed in 60's but were improved again i the 90's and re-patented.

  • @revisbest Could you let me in on the secret? I REALLY need to make a couple of bars that are around 1.0" and 1-1/4" in diameter.

  • when the boring tool started to "music" we were hold a piece of wood, like a broomhandle on, and it stopped to resonate, and "knurling " the surface...

sometime helped if the point had larger radius, and was "dulled".... the force as pushed downward also stopped the resonate...

  • @floringguy A SMALLER, sharper nose radius/tool always worked better for me!
