  • if u trying to loose weight/stay healthy u need to stay away from velveta, whip cream, pork chop, ground meat, heavy whipping cream, and miracle whip. u should have gotten lentils($1), beans($1), whole wheat pasta ($3), frozen veges.

    good job with the soy sauce, the tuna, the chicken and the other things u got.

  • Didnt plan well. I am looking around for ideas and realize I do wayyy better than you! Dont give up however. Planning takes time and even I binge shop and then trash out of guilt. Hint.  I LIVE off of eggs and toast and Yops and bananas. I also dont cook meat. Too much work. Take Care!

  • good job on RAW fruits and veggies! Dont cooK-you'll destroy all the enzymes, vitamins, phytonutrients etc...please watch "The World According to Monsanto" Genetically Engineered Foods (Corn, Soy, Canola, etc) causing liver and kidney failure and deaths in laboratory animals, commercial farms and wildlife being fed GMO Corn etc

  • This is a great video. Your food looks great and healthy. I'm totally going to try and get my groceries for $40 next time I go shopping. I think it's true that it helps if you figure out what you want to eat before hand and also look at the circular or online for the weekly specials at your local grocery store.
