meh, ur Goeniko dont look as she must be, Saigado Imagined Goeniko in first place, she's wearing no pants, and of course she's not the sister of Goenitz, she's a student under his care, the next wind master since Goenitz died on 96 and the caretaker of Chris that is the next Orochi host, now I know why orochi is soo weak on 97, he didnt even had his wind masters at his side to teach him the lenght of his power of godly being, the eight headed dragon yamata no orochi, his name Orochi Yamatano
All the names of that kind of Goenitz's sister are imagination. They're not from original KOF serial.
Jin made a similar char and called Reas. Is it 4th clone? I don't think so. Only there're 2 different sprites library for creator. And only there're 2 Goeniko and Wind, Reas or Amanda are also ok, they're also new name of chars. In fact I only accept/like one name is Goeniko, Wind is very general name :D although they're same imagination.
But maybe you're right. In 1 year ago when I got that char def file or readme file didn't show that. Amanda it only show b-goenitz and display name is goeniko.

This isnt goeniko or wind, this is amanda, the third goenitz clone.
