  • and then he tells you that just rubbing your hand over the frets with sandpaper will re crown the frets. this guy must make the most unplayable instruments in the history of sound

  • they mixed up fret and fretboard leveling. fucktards...

  • Jesus, the economy's gotten so bad even guitars have FBI lol.

  • nice

    how do you polish frets?

  • Comment removed

  • better to use 0000 fine steel wool

  • I use 3M polishing compound and a buffer on an electric drill..plug in..because rechargable ones do not have enough torque.

  • which is better a straight edge test or a Fret Rocker?

  • I use a straight edge when I know the board is perfectly straight. I can put relief in the neck once it is under tension. But I know people who swear by both.

  • @MonsterburstSG I believe using the 3" & 2" Fret Rockers will reveal any High Spots, therefore -Perhaps eliminating any reason to Use the Radius Block, there is a Special Small File Created by Stewart MacDonald-Google it-which will take down those little High Spots. And, as Far as That Radius Block goes, [if ever needed] a Crucial thing to remember, is to be ABSOLUTELY SURE to Keep it in a Straight Line Parallel to the Frets-one little shift from that, can throw off the Trueness of your Job!
