@stomacher Looks intriguing. Question: can you recall a time where this, for lack of better words, ab-umpact training helped you out? I rather like it, as it seem slike it would help tune your body to actually use your abs to protect your gut from, say, stomach blows.

@rmsolympic1 It makes my abs harder and has helped me several times. If I am flexing, I can take the hardest punches with little to no effect.
