Close, even though the theme is quite dark, it's actually Summer of the Four Seasons. This part describes a thunderstorm and is also known as "Storm". It's covered - among other stars - by Vanessa Mae whom I can recommend listening to if you're into violin music with a twist.

the fact that he chair is a different angle speaking compared to the table is bugging me...
it makes the ground look like it's slanting in different ways even though they are right next to each other...
i'm not saying i could do better though
