These channel 4 news titles laster till 1993. From then the number 4 was changed into a number 4 like the channel 4 logo in orange

I think so, but I can't remember which one, it may be one of the YTV ad breaks from September 1993.

well it's because she was with ITN and Channel 4 News is too powered by ITN but maybe ITN assigned her to do the newsreading.
