This is why I always volunteer to take care of my niece. I've seen these kinds of videos and I don't want her exposed to strange nannies even if their resumes look perfect. If I ever got a job as a nanny /babysitter I'd tell the parents or gaurdians to put cameras in every room capturing all angles, heck even in the bathroom if that makes them feel good.
