  • Upper East Side ♥

  • this is where i am going to move in when i get rich......

it's so sad to know that i never will live here... ):

  • @GetFuckingFreaky Hun you can always live here. I make $12,000 a year and I'm living here going to college with a four hour job every day at Starbucks. All it takes is a lot of planning and you can live anywhere you want!

  • GREAT DAY IN THE UPPEREASTSIDE.

  • You people humor me! The Upper East Side of Manhattan is home to New York Socialites and business class families. Unless you know a good real-estate agent that can find you an apartment (the horror) for under 30grand or a penthouse for no more then 84grand then good luck living here oh an word of advice if you plan to finish your education as in senior year and stuff be careful we are on the Upper East Side are very judgmental. So good luck people!!

P.S if you do move to my side of town be su

  • thump up if gossip girl bring you here

  • @BarcAbod Yes, Chuck Bass bro.

  • and for all u dumbasses who are saying it is expensive to rent an aprtment in manhattan...quit lying im moving into a penthouse for 6,800 so living there is not expensive at all. ok. TRUST

  • @sims3luvr109 in sweden you can rent an apartment for 500 dollars a month. it is expensive to rent in manhattan. i mean you get a lot of things for 6,800 dollars. what´s wrong with you? even if you can afford it its still a lot of money.

  • @airasweetie Yes it is Expensive, but when you live here you'll found very good deals. For example I paid $1000 dollar for a 1 Bedroom apartment in 90 central park west just in front of central park. It's hard to find those kind of deal, but with perserverance you can get it.

  • movin to an apartment in upper east side soon. cant wait, this video really help me learn a littl about the aera. thanx for posting it!

  • The sound was my favorite part.

  • Gughenheim museum was designed by Frank Ghery, not Frank wright...stupid americans... (as always)

  • @ricardofreitasl The Guggenheim Museum in New York was indeed designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. It was completed in 1959, 38 years before Frank Gehry's Guggenheim in Bilbao, Spain.

  • I the Upper East and west sides becauxse you are near Central Park....it's a refuge from the city....remember many people in the city do not have cars.

  • Upper East is where most celebs live, and rich people an apartment between the pier and time square is good!

  • Thanks for the video, I can now understand why UES has less cockroaches than UWS - because it's more residential and it's got less restaurants.

  • gosh ! i cant wait to live in new york! and im still in high school haha

  • @mcataa quite a goal !!! Hope you get there The best the world has to offer

  • @lpvcrcd i know thats my biggest dream !

  • that was my neighborhood and still is i lived on 75th and 5th 944. great place

  • i live there

  • This is my neighborhood the best in Newyork thanks for the video.

  • @ThePetitecoquette

Is it true that you must have a net worth of at least $5million to live on the Upper East side of Manhattan?(serious question!)

  • @nutsbutdum

I think its true. When I went on this tour, they said that the Upper East Side has

some of the world's most expensive real estate properties.

  • @nutsbutdum There are plenty of cheap studio apartments and condos you can rent/buy. They can't restrict who lives there based on anything beyond an ability to purshase/rent property there.

  • @nutsbutdum well if you want to live near central park yes...further away to the east on 1st, 2nd ave and york...no

  • @nutsbutdum my god don't listen to this sort of rumour, there is no way the minimum price for the upper east side is 5 million

  • @nutsbutdum No. To own a townhouse or apartment you must be incredibly rich, but a kid out of college can live on the UES in a rented apartment for about 2,000/month. (fair rent in manhattan)

  • @gummibear7387 Thank you for your answer!

Actually I was planing about buying a small one in the range 1,4 to 2,8 maybe.

  • @nutsbutdum That is definitely not true.. there are cheap places to live in the UES

  • UES and UWS are NYC's most desirable neighborhoods, I would move there in a heart beat

  • @bsdpowa me tooo sadly tho i only live in brooklyn ..... for now!

  • Could live in NY

  • Beautiful city
