The farming is possible because of science and technology. The main improvements in farming have been crop rotation (the chemistry of the soil), satellites (which predict weather more accurately for harvesting), fertilisers, selective breeding (genetics), GM (in Europe at least- genetics again) and machinery.

i suggest you look up the haber process which depends on natural gas, think about what is used to put those satellites into orbit, how fertiliser, seeds, crops and final consumable products are transported, how the power for the scientists laboratories is produced, and a million other things that all depend on fossil fuels.

Carbon dioxide does nothing to the body. Carbon dioxide is an inert gas and has no harmful effects to the body. if you breathed pure carbon dioxide you would die of hypoxia cause of a lack of oxygen not carbon dioxide. it would be the same for nitrogen, argon, helium, or any of the other noble gases.

Before you go around telling people to educate themselves, it might be a good idea to crack open a book yourself. The danger of carbon dioxide is not its presence, it's the amount. CO2 is a greenhouse gas that is highly effective at warmer global temperatures. More CO2 in the atmosphere=hotter earth, which can lead to drastic climate changes.
