This is a good man---he hates Christians as he should. Someday he will be a wonderful Muslim, for he has done much to undermine the Crusaders in their attempt to bring demonic "democracy" to Islamic lands.
Suicide bombing of buses, restaurants, and shopping malls, firing rockets at people's homes, this is how the Palestinians define "armed struggle." Voting for a terrorist organization to run their parliament and killing each other is how they define "democracy." It's time for them to get a new dictionary. Until they do, their suffering will only increase. Gaza is in jeopardy of even worse conditions than Darfur. It's time for them to let ideology go and settle for survival.
It seems you don't live in a free society so you don't have any idea how democracy works. Democracy is not defined by election alone.
In a funny way democracy has worked in Palestine. Palis voted for a party of genocidal ambitions with agenda to establish Islamic state. Hamas has worked as per the mandate. A consensus reached, will of people heard, democracy produced desired results. Now world knows Palis priorities, and decided not to support them. Palis are getting what they asked for.
World had to show Palestinians that -- like Germans electing Hitler in 1933 -- they had made a decision gravely unacceptable to civilized opinion. Therefore Hamas-led Govt was isolated and rejected at every turn, thereby encouraging Palestinians to see errors of their ways.

The Israelis routinely elect extremists/former "terrorists" to their leadership. If you don't agree with the democratic process, just say it.
