  • Sorry Dremel fans, sometimes the truth hurts.

  • I'm super happy with my RTX, I grabbed it for $30, uses every rotary tool accessory from Dremel, Craftsman, Black & Decker, Proxxon etc. And it's more powerful then the Dremels.

  • I am making a stair tool, and I need to make a slot in the board. Can I buy an accessory which will make a slot? Does it take router bits? Does it have a "fence"?

    Thanks.

  • I wish I had a nice color manual to go with my Dremel....

  • Hey, would you recommend this over the Dremel 300?

  • where can i buy this?

  • just so everyone knows. all of the dremel accessories fit. I cut cases using the dremel multi saw attachment. its simple amazing. I payed only $10 bucks for my black and decker due to it being on clearance. The back of the wrench can be used as a flat head screw driver

  • i think dremel could sue for copy write, lol. im sure dremel copied off someone else anyways.

Looks like a good tool. wonder if dremel accessories fit into it.

  • yes, they do, as stated in video.

  • cool. these are alot cheaper than dremel but i cant seem to find one in the U.K anywere. Does anyone know were i can get one?

  • @MyNameIsBumbles, yes, as I stated in the video numerous times

  • 25$ at walmart. I like the Durabuilt rotary tool but might get one of these too as a back up.

  • good thinking, you can never have enuf tools!

  • $24.32 at Walmart

  • awesome deal!

  • @dcrob70 $3 if it's stolen! (i have a beer after)

  • Great review/box opening. now shall look for one in aus, was thinking maybe getting a makita one.

  • Makita makes great tools as well.

  • I guess if Bill can make some money shilling for Black and Decker, more power to him.

  • Beginner or "expert" , I think it is great that Bill takes the time to inform people of every aspect of case moding whether it is tools , equipment , or accessories . Thumbs up Bill .

  • Thank you Streakin Marine if I had more time, I would do more!

  • Good buy Bill. Got one after an expensive dremel kit I god died after only a couple months. Has been working great for years using all the dremel accessories I was left with.

  • just an FYI, Dremel's Flex Shaft fits the RTX..

  • nothing like a black & Decker pecker wrecker

  • Times must be tough and the project pipeline must only have fan hole jobs for a video like this to come out. If that's the case, I hope things pick back up soon.

  • ROFL! goto my worklog section on The Mod Brothers Forums, then tell I don't have any projects.

  • lol who goes to a friends house to do some "modding"

  • No friends yunais?

  • I got mine today at Canadian Tire for $9.99 they called JOBMATE 36-Pcs Rotary Tool..get yours while supplies.last..

  • As a heads up there is a deal on amazon for this in a kit. Comes 27 accessories and 2 spring clamps for only a dollar more.

  • Awesome! thanks for tip DarkCraft41

  • I'm getting one of these bitches! Thanks for the review Bill.

  • right on man!

  • Stick to case-mod vids!!!! Looks like ya "SOLD OUT!!"

  • @casecar very true!

  • to who? .....lol

  • Nice vid dude.... still waiting for more uppdates from you guys! :D

  • goto TheModBrothersDOTcom, you can see all of my projects updated there :) Thank you!

  • wow I got one of those a while back. It's not a dremel but I've got a rotary cable attachment for it and I use it for damn near everything.

  • Great video. I'm looking for my first tools to completely change an old case and this looks perfect.

  • It's great tool for the price.

  • Excellent Video Bill, Thanks

  • Thank you for watching and commenting

    sfkilla!

  • I'm going to be buying some new tools in the comming months, this looks interesting :)

  • Glad the video may have brought some insight about this product.

  • nice

  • Nice budget tool.

  • Sure is, Thanks for commenting zver711!

  • Nice vid Bill. Great tool for the beginner and the pro, everyone should have at least one at their disposal.

    Have a great day!

    LazyMan :-)

  • Thanks for the post Larry!

  • LOL so when you're done, keep your tool clean, tuck it in there

  • I have this rotary tool, it's really good for basic-moderate modding.

  • Agreed, I wouldn't attempt to cut a window in a steel case with it. Jigsaw is better tool for that job

  • Doesn't look bad at all for the price, it would really help the product (I think) if it had the 1/8" mandrel in the first place.

It's really nice to get more YT videos from you guys!

  • Agreed! but lets face it, accessory sales is how these manufacturers make a profit!

  • Nice Unboxing Bill. Zip tie, or Tape that little Wrench to the power cord, so it doesn't get lost. :)

  • Good tip! Thanks douglasvb123456 :)

  • i bought this about a year ago to make a window for my antec 300 and used your guides and bought the things i needed off your store and it went great!

was scared like hell using it since iv never really used a power tool but it was fun.

was at walmart for only 15 bucks or so.

  • Awesome canviskiller!

  • I used that to mod my xbox 360 soon for sale on ebay just contact me

  • Why should I choose this over a dremel?

This really is an insult to your viewers like we don't already know what the stuff is for.gee thanks for telling me.

  • maybe because some of us are beginners?

  • @djsi38t not every one is as smart as you ;-) and mine was cheaper than the dremel when i got it

  • i didnt

  • Bill actually said at the beginnin of the video "for those people who are just starting up their workshop" so he's doin this as a little guide of how to use a tool like this and he's doin it as a review of what you get with the product so people can get an idea for whether or not it is the right tool for them

  • and Why should I chose Honda over Nissan? hmmm...k

  • I got one for Christmas and I love it!

Mine came with a few more attachments tho.

  • Yeah, there wasnt much here...lol

  • Love your intro and outro sequences! Good video too, might just have to go get one. Know a good brick and mortar store where I can get one?

  • Try Home Depot, Lowes, or Ace Hardware

  • does any one no there email address please

  • @lee881962

They have facebook, I contacted him on there.

  • cut up many cases with this,real cheap,works great,never had a promblem

  • Yes! I've used it for tasks already, great buy!

  • weee..i was thinking of buying this..cuz its the only rotary tool available in the area..but was thinking that dremel was used by almost every modder in youtube so i hold on to my money...now with confirmation with the one and only BIll..i can buy it and start cutting out...ahh..stuff..from my chassis cm 690

  • No surprise. Dremel is available nearly everywhere, and they do excellent marketing.

  • How does this rate with the Dremel?

  • @dayl3 go suck ur self we care because he take time to do this he could be doing something else so **** off

  • Just to make thing clear dayl3 said that thing to Lobster1000 who said "first"

  • I got this model for Christmas and I really like it, it was my first dremel, and have had zero problems with it so far, would recommend!

  • It's a great tool for the money, thanks for the post wellington!

  • sorry, but this is the most boring video ever lol

  • Did somebody glue your face to screen.. watch something else....duh

  • i think i stick with my dremel.

  • i want one!

  • does this mean you will be doing tool reviews too

  • @meggawatts that would be sweet

  • first

  • What the fuck makes you think that we care?

  • erm shhhhhh

  • I care.

  • @dayl3 if u don't care don't see the vid....
