God would not have said "Thou shall not kill" as one of his commandments if he was OK with killing. This man should be punished thoroughly for this, no second chance. And it's not like he killed one person, he's a serial killer...mentally unstable. Needs to be removed from society so he cannot harm anyone else.
I feel for this family and I wish they could tell us more about their murderous son. They're not being candid.They could help the society n the police understand him, family ties notwithstanding!
