Love to see parents being active with their kids. But u can't a 6 yr beat girl, u should be running circles around him. Love the pics at the end.

@souljagurlsha you are sooo RIGHT about Nigel beating me joging....lol It's really shows I have to get back to my daily work out plan; not just workout three days a week. :-)
