this game sucks, just like king of fighters 12...snk really needs to stop making fighting games cuz they're not good at it. the new samurai showdown is going to blow as much as this crap does. snk could try and copy off of capcom all day they will never be half as good. by the way snk fans are just as shitty as all of snk's games. u guys aallll suck.
Watching this, there's something that comes to my mind.
SNKP did an awesome job making new sprites for Hanzo, Marco, Lee, etc. Why they didn't do the same with Terry, Gato, Griffon and Jenet in KOF 2003/KOF XI? These characters looks a little out of place in comparison with the others.
I think KOF XI is much better than any KOF from 99 to 2003, but at last the "old" SNK didn't take sprites from other games (Mary and Yamazaki in 97 and Xiangfei in 99 are completely redrawn).
@kisaragi95 totally agree, but, maybe I´m wrong but I believe that 2003´s Terry is not the same exact ¨sprite model¨ of Garou, I can´t say the same thing with jennet, gato and the griffon though.
this looks like really smooth supernintendo graphics...and man i hate the sound affects...i dunno maybe its just me but theres something about snk that just makes me want to puke up blood...exorcist style...but the gameplay looks like fun, it looks like it plays like marvel vs capcom so it might just be fun...but til i see it in person i will continue to hate on it with a passion.
what are the two black box's in the corner of the character select screen? hidden characters,they said there will be 40,but i only see 34 on there.Obviously have to unlock some.
True, his move commands are mostly half-circles which makes him fairly hard to use. But his most deadly assets are his corner traps and keep-away tactics.
Normally, I find that Marco users will either box you in the corner & whittle at your defense with Grenade Toss/Iron Lizards/Heavy Machine Gun/POW Summon/Knife Mode, or play keep-away with Grenade Toss/Heavy Machine Gun. And if your timing is fast enough, the opponent can't even get near you.
Man, I miss those stages.
And are those new win portraits?

It's already been out in the arcades and I hear it's gotten pretty bad reviews. If they make a 7, who knows if it'll end up like KOF XII.

The reason I say this, is because Marco is one of the cheapest characters in the whole game, not counting the bosses.
