Another helpful tip is is to thing about driving your hips up instead of the feet on the actual kip kip (after the snap).. Rhythm, and compressions into the basket, and making sure you complete the snap as fast as possible (to get maximal basket swing time) will make this skill a swing skill instead of a strength skill.
