So what happens if you fuck up a rental car? They don't just say, "Ok, come back next time." I drove an '09 Ford Focus rental once and it had the greasiest, nastiest windshield. Looked like someone put their nasty feet on it. But I didn't treat the car like crap. In fact, I think I even cleaned it up a bit before I returned it so that I didn't get blamed for any mess. The rental company didn't bother to clean it too well themselves.
