No, sorry it's an older Dodge Ram (circa 2000) with a big bush/winch bumper on the front of it. The older Ford Ranger 4x4 (circa 1976) kind a stock looking, managed to pull the Dodge out. It broke the Blazer that tried.
Trust me the truck in the video is a 1999 ford f-250, f-350 superduty supercab with about 6" of lift and what looks like 38's tires. I have the same year truck but green with the same size lift and 44's I know a superduty when I see one..look up the older style dodges you talk about they do not have the side trim the truck has in the video, and the angle of the front window is that of a ford.....
@backroadtv dodge ram circa whenever has always had door handles that were horizontal pause and take a look at those vertical door handles. the bottom of the dodge rams headlights are at the bottom chrome bar on the grill and the top of the headlight is at the center bar. the headlights on the truck above go past that middle bar and lastly a ram has symmetrical mirrors the mirrors on the truck above come to a point on the bottom so if this is a ram it has an ass load of ford parts on it.
@bigjohn3435 and if you watch closely around 1:31 you can see there is 4 horizontal chrome bars on the grill the ram has ALWAYS had 3..... and.... and... and guess what truck has 4 can ya guess can ya

The only dodge in this vid is the one that drives by at about 1:05 and keeps goin. That pickup thats stuck is a ford no doubt
