I must admit, that Bill looks like a "real" dead man, like a real Vampire. (Eric looks like some gay model to me... only with long hair he was a little vampiric...) The chemistry between Stephen and Anna is simply strong and full of true love, that is why i like the first episodes.
Sookie saved herself from Rene in the books. Neither Bill nor Sam came to her rescue. TB made Bill out to be such a noble hero in S1-3 only to turn him into a sleazy rapist in S3 finale and a pompous douche in S4. I hate what they have done with the character. Stephen Moyer deserves so much better.
I first saw first 3 seasons of true blood which I luved and made me start reading the books! just finished reading book 10! till mid book 10 I was a fan of sookie and eric dating but now that they r 2gether, I kindda changed my mind and think sookie is better off with bill. sookie and erics relationship is all about sex!! its gonna b boring in long term as there won't b much happenin. on the other hand, think bill is at least a better person,.. think alcide is the best amongst her fans.
yea but if you saw the last episode of "true blood" Bill tricked Sookie and Erick told her the truth about Bills real intentions. Bill tricked sookie into falling in love with her. Hey Erick might be a Jerk....okay he is a Jerk but he tells sookie everything up front instead of hiding things from her.
@demongal107 it started out as just a mission to tell the queen about sookie, but bill really did fall in love with sookie as she did with him. sure, eric's sexy and would make a nice hookup, but sookie and bill really belong together.

Why wouldn't he have fallen in love with her after the fact. Yeah he messed up but don't we all do strange things to get close to someone at first. I love Bill. He is everything a woman would want. And he does truly love her. Eric is hot. Don't get me wrong. (hotter with long hair). But Bill and Sookie are amazing together.
@CYMA80 Yea your right they do make a good couple but how he got her was the wrong way. He still tricked her, that also means he had no real interest in her when they first met. Only after she defended him and after he drank her blood did he really begin to find her interesting. ALSO I Know your right Erik is so cute and more handsome with his hair long ^/////////^

@demongal107 Bill put Eric in charge of Sookie. He also had Sam watching over her. Bill does things in a way that makes him look like an ass but it all plays out in the end. U think Bill is a jerk sometimes the way he does things, but then it turns out to be for a good reason. Bill is unconventional the way he does things. I think there is more to Bill than anyone knows. He has a plan that just hasnt played out all the way. Eric is a good protector yes. And we all know Sookie and Eric will hook
