@GyldneAaB Quite a lot of people ask this - the answer is simple though. He formed the band, fronts it, writes the arrangements, gets them to rehearse, and has a damn good time on stage! I saw him earlier this year, much older now, still touring though.

Some fantastic solo work here from Gunter Platzek, Karl Hermam Luer, Barry Roy Reeves, Ole Holmquist and Stan Sulzman and of course Terry Jenkins Benny Bendorff and Big Jim Sullivan driving it all along in that brilliant rhythm section.

Ok Mr Last has talent for his arrangements, the musicians could still perform without him but, at the end of the day, he gets the best the seat in the house.

@RockinRob66 it takes approx 2 years to choose the playlist, write the arrangements, plan the light show, rehearse and get the venue, tour dates. Not bad for an 83 year old! The last tour just finished in April 2011. Maybe there will be another one in 2 years time ......

No co tu można powiedzieć? Muzyka po prostu rewelaaaacyjna. Ale?...... No właśnie facet z "jajami" i jego orkiestra też a co że i kobitki tam są. To też kobitki z jajami. Widać po ludziach że muzyka to ich całe życie i dla nie żyją. A jak to robią? No właśnie co tu komentować, no co komentować mistrzostwo świata proszę ja kogo i tyle. Szacun wielki.
