There is no court planning on hearing the case. There was no victory, even small. A judge has said that hearing it in 2010 could happen if there is not evidence to dismiss the lawsuit outright, as all of Taitz's other lawsuits have been, and is the likely result.

Ok, He can be a Senator, but he is not a natural born citizen, and not eligible for President of the US. Unless you want him more that the US Constitution.

Not only that, but the document presented when he registered for elementary school in Indonesia at the age of 5, states that he was born in Kenya and is of the Muslim religion (which explains why he has stomped on Christianity so much during only the first year and a half of his presidency). Also, in Indonesia, they did not have dual citizenship during the time he attended school there.

Whenever a country -- particularly a third world country -- is in this state, a person living there, becomes a resident of that country only. So even if the case that he was born in Kenya, his mother having him at the age of 16 or brought him to Hawaii was not enough to warrant him not being a citizen, being that he went to school in Indonesia until he was 9, does.

Democracy - A free system of government that is suppose to be all about free and liberty. It also means we can vote in or impeach politicians to fit whatever makes a country best.
Communism - A system of government where you have no rights, that the government can run anything it wants whether we like it or not. People are also encouraged by police and government officials to report anyone that doesn't like the government or complains.
